Discover my differentiation - HOMEWORK

Five question:

1. What are the activities I perform that are truly different from those others perform? 
I want to be excellent journalist and editor but it is subject to change. 

2. What are the similar activities I perform in different ways than others do?
I learnd to edit a newspaper. I think this is a unique thing. 

3. What caracteristics or traits do I have that are unique to me?
I'm not headstrong, I listen to the advice of others. My mom told me to take a decision based on more than one opinin. I don't just to go after his own head. 

4. What resources do I have that are different from those of others?

"To realize your potential, 'dare to be different' " - HOMEWORK

Article summary: Rich Horwath answer questions on CNN. Rich Horwath is an author. The seting an objective achievement. Who? what?  How can be successful? How to manage our lives to be advance of Career? These questions are important. Rich Horwath declares that in order to realize our full potential, we must embrace the style that makes us unique. But what is the style? Succes goes to those who are learn, who take a different path. He mentioned that everyone has a unique style built on differences in background, abilities, temperament, and so forth. Excellence or norm. It's difficult to reveal the excellence because many of the average in society. He montiened that strategy is inherently about doing different things than the competition or doing the same things in different ways than the competition. It isn't about being better, it is about being different.
Two examples : (differentiation) 
1. Damien Hirst  - British artist.
He has taken a dramatic approach to art by performing it in a different way. He previewed the dead animals of autopsies art. This generated much discussion. This is art or isn't art? But one things can't be denied: his ability to differentiate himself and his work through a well-conceived strategy that has jolted the business world of art. Fact, he is Britain's greatest living artists. 
2. Grant Achatz - award-winning chef 
He described the cooking activities. His restaurant appeared in a magazine. He is the owner of the best restaurant in North America in 2011. His latest restaurant, Next, serves four menus per year, from great moments in culinary history or the future. Achatz has taken the common activity of running a restaurant and is constantly finding new ways to do it differently.
